Account Deletion

To request deletion of a StayFast account, use the official StayFast support channel and include the email address used for the account.

StayFast verifies deletion requests, removes or anonymizes account data where legally allowed, and preserves only data required for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or unresolved booking/payment disputes.

Data covered

Account profile, listings, booking requests, favorites, messages when enabled, and support records are included in the deletion review.
