Hosts are responsible for accurate listings, lawful rental eligibility, truthful photos, safe access instructions, and honoring accepted booking requests.
Hosts must have permission to use every photo and must ensure that images accurately represent the stay.
Available payout options and timing are shown during host setup. A payout is due only after the booking and payment requirements have been met.
New bookings created under the current policy record a StayFast platform commission equal to 15% of the guest booking total. The booking record stores both the platform fee and the host payout.
The policy is not retroactive. Earlier bookings keep the platform fee and host payout stored when they were created; StayFast does not recalculate historical settlements from the booking total.
