A booking is marked as paid only after StayFast receives secure payment confirmation.
Cancellation and refund handling depends on the booking status, the host policy, and the payment status shown for that reservation.
New bookings under the current policy record a 15% StayFast platform commission on the guest booking total. The stored booking record is the source of truth for the platform fee and host payout.
The 15% policy is not applied retroactively: existing bookings keep their previously stored platform fee and host payout. Optional paid host visibility products are separate and do not change this booking commission.
