StayFast processes account name, email, account identifiers, device and push identifiers, host listing content (including addresses, coordinates and photos), booking and purchase history, guest-host messages, reviews, session cookies, and support requests needed to run the service.
This information is linked to the relevant StayFast account only for app functionality, security, transactions, communications and support. StayFast does not use it to track people across apps or websites.
When optional payment, map, or online assistance features are available, StayFast processes only the information needed to provide the feature. StayFast does not store full payment card details.
StayFast uses access controls and secure account sessions to protect personal information.
Account deletion requests use the account deletion page or the official support channel. Requests are reviewed before account data is removed or anonymized where legally allowed.
