StayFast provides a reservation marketplace for discovering stays, requesting bookings, and managing host listings. Some optional features may be introduced gradually.
Guests and hosts must provide accurate account information and use only the features available to their account.
A booking request becomes a paid reservation only after secure payment confirmation.
New bookings under the current policy record a 15% StayFast platform commission on the guest booking total. Existing bookings keep the platform fee and host payout stored when they were created; the policy does not recalculate historical settlements.
